Each AuraKey product is crafted using durable, high-quality acrylic or metal, depending on the item. Our plaques and keyholders are finished with a glossy, smooth surface designed to last, and all Spotify codes are precision-printed for easy scanning. Every item is made to order with care and attention to detail.

How It Works

How do I customize my AuraKey?

After choosing your product, you can upload a photo, enter the song name, and add an optional message. We’ll generate the Spotify code and turn it into a personalized keepsake.

Can I scan the Spotify code?

Yes! The Spotify code on your AuraKey can be scanned directly using the Spotify app, or your camera bringing your memory to life.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your item hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to make the correction.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each AuraKey is custom-made with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and 5–10 business days for shipping, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping so you can gift love anywhere.

What’s your return or refund policy?

Because our products are personalized, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right — just contact us.
